FAQ’s – You Ask, We Answer

WHAT COSTS/FEES WILL I BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

You will be responsible for no more than you already pay now: MLS Board Fees, Errors & Omissions Insurance, Marketing, Licensing, Mailing/Shipping costs, and any and all other mandatory governmental fees; business licenses, etc.

DO YOU OFFER TRAINING LIKE THE MAJOR’S  BROKER FIRMS?

YES! I offer personal attention and training to each and every Agent.

If you need someone to help you complete a form (after you have a client), then I absolutely will help you. If you need someone to sit with you during your listing presentations, I absolutely will do that with you.

If you are already not a seasoned Real Estate Agent, I will personally train you to become one!

WHAT ARE YOUR EXPECTATIONS AND AGENT CRITERIA?

It’s this simple: I expect all Agents to be willing to do the things necessary to succeed!

My criteria for Agents include motivation, ambition, willingness to learn and go the extra mile for your clients, along with the self-confidence necessary to carry the other attributes in order to become greater than you are right now.

WILL I BE ABLE TO MARKET IN OTHER AREAS TO MAXIMIZE MY EARNING POTENTIAL?

Of course you will!

I’m licensed in the State of Florida and so are you.

I will never limit your marketing ability.

If you live in North Florida,  and wish to market in South Florida, I encourage you to do that!

WILL YOU CONSIDER BECOMING A MEMBER OF MULTIPLE REALTOR® BOARDS?

I’ve held memberships with the Tallahassee Board of Realtors®, AND REALTOR® Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale .

If you are within any of these Associations you are more than welcome to simply change Broker affiliations.

I will consider becoming a member of other boards should the need arise.

I’M IN North FLORIDA AND YOU’RE IN SOUTHERN, CAN I STILL SIGN UP WITH YOUR FIRM?

Absolutely! I am a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker.

I accept Agents/Brokers from any County or City within the State of Florida!
